The Mesquitoland Mission

Incentivize knowledge and exposure regarding places, things, and people related to all outdoor activities.

It's easy to participate and it's free!

What is the giant claw for?

We celebrate the spirit of outdoor exploration and discovery. For example, do you know what that giant claw is for? We didn't either. But thanks to trout fishing, and a great fishing guide, we know what it is now. You can click on the picture below to go learn all about it, and get rewarded for doing so. And if you're not into learning about giant underwater claws, what are you even doing?

ADD SENTENCE ABOUT HOW THE BEST EXPERIENCES USUALLY COME IN THE PURSUIT OF SOMETHING ELSE, LIKE FISHING OR HUNTING OR CAMPING SHOWING YOU THINGS MORE FUN/EXCITING THAN THE ACTIVITES THEMSELVES.

We believe the content offered here at Mosquitoland, while simple, is not only valuable because of the knowledge it offers, but is also critical to giving people exposure to the outdoors, ensuring that outdoor pastimes, resource conservation, feats of engineering, and everything in between, don't go unnoticed. From remote corners of your ¼ acre suburban ranch to the vast open ocean, Mosquitoland joins people with places and things.

Rewards

During the beta phase, our community can earn crypto rewards in the form of the Culex coin, a digital token that resides on the Polygon blockchain. You can read more about the token in our white paper found here.

Once we move out of Beta and into full release, users will be able to exchange their points for a variety of things. More on that soon!

Challenges

CHAD FIX: Challenges are the way we present present subject matter to our community, and reward them for viewing it. Challenges aren't all straight-forward. Some of them might contain riddles, be very open-ended, require you to get on google maps, research, etc. This is where we try to explain that any and everything can be a challenge and why it's fun.
